SORBET - R1200 FOR DAMAGED HAIR - SORBET GREENSTONE

I am a customer the Greenstone Edenvale branch and had a Brazilian done over a week ago. This is now the second time that when I call and make an appointment the receptionist takes down the incorrect details and other customers are booked in my time. My consultant is was approached 4 times whilst doing my hair to ask when she would be done as other customers are waiting. I had to wait 40 minutes while a customers hair was being done whilst my eyes and nose were burning from the chemicals on my hair. the consultant ended up rushing through my hair and I ended up with roots that were still curly, hair that was thick and dry and the front of my hair broken off to about 2cm from being burnt off by the rushed hot iron this while having paid R1200 for something I could have gotten half priced and a thorough job. I reported it to their head office who informed me that the owner of the branch would be in contact with me.....that was almost 2 weeks ago.
