Sorbet product

I went to do my nails at Sorbet in menlyn maine, and not even 5 days later I had to return because their product was cheap and chipping off. I went back and they redid some and put on a strengthner and 2 days later it started chipping again. When I was there to fix, they started filing and it was not even 30 seconds and it came off very quick, which showed them it was cheap. I am very upset and dissappointed as you pay a lot of money at Sorbet for such cheap product!
