Sorbet Paulshof Shocking Service ( Cambridge Crossing Centre)

<p>After going into Sorbet Paulshof and speaking to the owner about moving to them from another Sorbet as it was 5 mins less travel time she was pleased. I booked for a wax and explained to her that I had had laser on my Hollywood area and had minimal hair . She said once the wax was completed she would ask the the****** as to how much hair was present and then would decide to charge me for Hollywood or Bikini. Once she had spoken to the the****** she charged me for a bikini and said whenever I come back the same would apply and I should just book for a bikini....so I did. </p> <p>The next time she was not present so I explained to the very rude The****** behind the counter ( not the one who did my wax) the procedure and after 10 minitues of talking myself blue in the face she finally charged me the agreed amount for a bikini. </p> <p>I then book another wax and after sitting in traffic to get there I arrive and am greeted by the same rude tharpist as before. She takes me in for a wax and says her boss does not recall the arrangement and I must pay for a Hollywood which is over an extra R100!!!! </p> <p>I then asked her when she spoke to her boss and she told me yesterday!! I am furious that they did not contact me and waited for me to come in a day later!!! What a waste of time!</p> <p>So obviously I phoned my old Sorbet and they booked me in straight away with the same arrangement as before.</p> <p> </p> <p>I literally have about 20 hairs to be waxed!! What shocking service!!Why was there not a note on the system?? More stress than any relaxation from SORBET PAULSHOF!!!! Serious attitude change as well is needed for that one the******. </p>
