Sorbet Paardeplaats Appaling Service (Gelish)

I’ve been a supporter of Sorbet Paardeplaats/Valleyview until I got the middle finger today – I wish there were negative ratings because I am so disappointed and did not expect the response received from the Palesa through the Kele “The Magager” When soft gel tips were introduced, I decided to try them out based on recommendations from Phindi who used to do my nails then. I have never had issues with them and not even once have I ever had a nail come off even when bumping stuff. I did soft gel tips with Sorbet Paaerdeplaats on the 8th of December by Tshidi and that day instead if using the Gelish soft tips glue and she used some Evo gel and I trusted the process. Tshidi has done my nails 3/4 times now and I trusted that she knows what she is doing even though I know that she is not one of the best nail tech’s in the salon but I gave her the benefit of a doubt. The nails are literally just coming off now but when I laid a complaint with the Salon and spoke to Palesa informing her what the issue is and that the use of incorrect product is the reason why my nails are coming off she said she will escalate to the Manager Kele who just refused on the basis that it’s been 2 weeks now. I am not happy with this because she did not even bother contacting me and there is no form of remorse. Gelish prides itself with these tips being durable to last 21 plus days and I agree with that hence why I have been doing them for months but not when used with other products – I doubt Gelish will be happy with this approach because it damages their brand. I still want my nails to be fixed, there is no way I am going to pay over R1600 for nails in one month!
