Sorbet - Oaklands

Sorbet Oaklands: Went in for a nail soak off in the afternoon. No manager present. The staff incredibly were so noisy and unprofessional. Shouting from kitchen at back of salon to front of house. Lounging all over nail stations. Salon untidy - nail basket not put away, dirty towels still on nail stations, floor unswept. A terrible salon experience - I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Dirty, noisy, unmanaged and an totally unpleasant experience. Not what i’d expect of anything in Oaklands and certainly not of Sorbet.
