Sorbet Melrose, always a terrible massage experience

Sorbet Melrose is always such a big disappointment when it comes to massages. It is the second time my friend and I have booked a massage and been disappointed. Today we booked a hot stone massage but instead received a Swedish massage. We both lay there wondering when the stones would be used. I then asked my the******, and she said she thought we booked a “normal massage”. I wondered what exactly gave her that impression because what was on the system was “2 hot stone massages”.

The previous time, we booked massages for 2 people, when we arrived they had only recorded 1 person so we cancelled that booking. Another time I went with my boyfriend and the same thing happened. At this point I regret giving Melrose another chance but definitely won’t make this mistake again.

It’s really mind boggling how bad they are with their management of the massage business. How difficult is it to get bookings right?

Besides the booking issues, the massages are also very average.
