Sorbet Man Sucks

I made an appointment with Sorbet Man on Sunday, 21.01.2018 for a gents haircut. I specifically asked if the hairdressers were properly qualified, and was told that they were. I pitched up for my appointment and I am a gent with long hair. The reception looked at me as if I was an alien. She then called the hairdresser (Dylan) to assist me and he said to me that he did not want to mess up my hair as it was long. I explained that I wanted to cut it short and showed him a picture as to how I wanted it. He then told me that he didn't think he could do it. I said to them that I asked if the people were qualified and that a qualified hairdresser should be able to cut any hair. They then said to me that I should wait for Michael as he was the senior but that he was busy with someone else. I asked how long he would be and the lady went to ask him. They had a long conversation, obvioulsy not only about how long he would be, and his reaction to the lady told me that they had no clue on how to cut my hair. I then left and asked them to cancel. What type of salon can;t cut hair? Sorbet Man obvioulsy.
