Sorbet Man

This is HIGHLY unprofessional!!!

I phoned this morning, to make an appointment for my partner to visit Sorbet Man, for the first time, as he was reluctant to go, after MUCH convincing he finally seemed excited and comfortable with it...

I made the appointment for him, for 15:30 when he got there, they refused to help him and not even check that he actually HAD AN APPOINTMENT!!!!

How can you NOT be aware of when a client does infact have an appointment??? Very embarrassed and confused he left the store to then go the bank as we have a VERY important event coming up tomorrow....

At the bank guess who phones...? Sorbet man!!! “ you had an appointment at 15:30 and we did not see you?? Are you ****ing kidding me??!

So obviously they cannot assist now as it was 10 minutes past the appointment time... when they close at 7???

I am very upset that service like this just gets left and no one ever does anything?!!

How is this okay???
