Sorbet Mall of Africa - Unprofessional Staff

Called to confirm if the branch does makeup & was told that they do and will be available. Booked the appointment & even enquired about the pricing & requested the cost to add on. Was told that the system was down & that I would receive a call back which did not happen. Called back to confirm the appointment & was told that the branch did not do make up. Why not say that the first time? The ladies I spoke to were very unprofessional. I had to repeat my telephone number 5 times. Very disappointed & I have not even had a treatment at this branch.
