Sorbet mall of Africa is pathetic

My daughter and I went to the Sorbet Mall of Africa, firstly the colour on the swatch was totally different to the colour in bottle, but I overlooked it. Then she cut my toenails so short it started bleeding and she proceeded to try to remove the sides on the toe nails even though I told her it was sore and not to do that. She had to use cotton buds to stop the three toes from bleeding. I did a pedicure and both my daughter and I still had rough heels when we left, was a complete waste of the +R1700 that I paid. I wrote a bad review and called me back saying I must come back, I was already on my way to my holiday destination and my toes were sore and painful for more than a week after that I could hardly walk. I am also a diabetic which I told her, making healing more difficult. In any case after the bleeding toes, why on earth would I go back there. They said the owner would call me back. It’s been two weeks and still no call from the owner to even check if I am going and if my toes are ok. To add insult the the colour of the nail polish is fading so badly. Pathetic service, poor quality nail polish and an even worst customer satisfaction.
