Sorbet ... Made me feel USELESS

Sorbet Has proven to give me many 'pretty Woman' episodes. I visited several branches of Sorbet through the years and i am very troubled by the level in which people treat clients who bring business through the door. I have a issue with facial hair and walked in to have a full face wax, and a few other treatments like eyelashes, enquire on facials and other wax treatments plus my pedi. Upon walking in, i felt as though i was being judged as i watched about 10 eyes on me with a crowded reception area full of staff hanging around. I walked up and immediately saw 'yuck' in the facial expressions. I sucked up the courage to speak and say i need to pleaae get help to book a facial wax and due to the way i was looked at, i felt immediate obligation to explain my situation on why i had so much facial hair. I was told they dont have availability and couldnt help. This hit me to the core and made me feel bsolitelt judged. I walked out in tears and told my husband what happened who immediately got me to a lemon and lime franchise to give me a full pamper. I said to myself I would gain the courage to report this and finally i have. This was a branch in Little falls which is closed i believe now. This was some time ago but I do think it was a memory I would never forget and is the reason i would never go to a Sorbet franchise again.
