Sorbet lasts an hour

went to Sorbet Mall of Africa on Saturday 13.04.24 at 1pm, got my nails done for a function. Gelish mani and pedi. Got home, had a bath and then my gel nails on my hand started peeling off one by one. Contacted Sorbet MOA to advise them after paying a R 1 000 the nails didn't even last a few hours. I was advised to send pics to a wats app which I did, I was then told I had seven day to come sort out. I contacted Sorbet on Sunday/ Monday and advised I don't work near Midrand, could I not get a voucher. I was advised I would be called back. receiving no call, I called back Monday afternoon. I was then advised they could do a voucher for R 345 but I did pay R520 initially per treatment. they conveniently took off my birthday discount off R 200 from that amount. should I want to do Gelish I could pay in the difference. Yesterday afternoon I noticed the paint on my big toe is bubbling. Its sad to see the quality of service be this bad at Sorbet and most people I chat with about this experience seem to have also had the same and have moved on to other nail bars. Maybe quality and not quantity should be looked at.
