Sorbet last of client hospitality

I went to sorbet in the waterfront. I got soft gel tips. The service was ok, but very noisy and not a delving environment at all. A day after I got my nails done some of the tips started to feel loose. After 3 days of having the soft gel tip 4 of them started to lift and one nail came off. They are supposed to last 3 weeks.

I then phoned to ask for a new set free of charge or at a discounted price but they refused completely.

To say the least I will not be going back to sorbet in a hurry.
