Sorbet ladies: Menlyn Maine. Disappointing feeling, post being a client for the last 3 years.

Over the past year I have spent over R10k at Sorbet Menlyn Maine. Over the past 2 months my experience has been really disappointing. My last Hollywood wax experience was not only painful but forced me to take pain medication. My last 2 sets of nails broke between 1 and 2 weeks after treatment. The staff is really unhelpful. I bought a eye pencil there which the inside was loose. When I showed this to them, they said they will take it up with Mariska (manager). To date nothing has happened. I feel for the money I pay, the service is really disappointing.
