Today the 12 December 2025 my girlfriend had a appointment to do her lashes, eyebrows and nails. The experience we encountered was not nice at all, her eyes was burning after the lashes were In not even after a hour the lashes started falling out, she as well got hurt by the lash tech when she did her eyebrows, she got hurt as well, the staff as well didn't treat her well. While complaining about the service, all they said was they will refund the money for the lashes, the lash tech didn't even make effort to address the situation to try and save it, they rather ignored us for a while, only after that communicating they will do the refund. Honestly the service was appalling. Not what we expected to happen, it even brought my girlfriend to tears. The staff did not give the treatment we expected and to top it off she felt uncomfortable when requesting things she got told no her time is up, so are we not paying customers that are allowed to request things?. Put under pressure to move over to the next station. If I could I wouldn't even give a star.
