Sorbet Karaglen Mall blatant theives

These people are complete con artists, My fiance booked an appointment at Karaglen branch, on the appointment app it was quoted R580, they messed up her nails completely and double charged her, the lady heling her said it was an accident and they would reverse the double charge, which they still havent done, we have been trying the whole week to get the money reversed. They now sent us a bogus quote with random amounts on. They are blatant ********s and should be shut down
