Sorbet is a ****

I was working for Sorbet Elridge as a Front desk coordinator from October 2024 -March 2025 .Had to ask about why I haven't gotten any feedback from the pension fund scheme on them acknowledging receiving documents and all ,my papers were sent on the 25th of April to the scheme ,weeks passed by I called the scheme to find out about the progress and if all documents needed were correct they told me they needed my proof of address which I sent ,days went by and the lady sent me an email that she can't find my ID and names on the system .I called them gave them my details nothing was appearing on their side ,I was told to call the union they guy told me a lot of things about the specific store .I sent the franchise partner a message asking him to explain he told me he'd call the lady from the scheme and sort it out and get back to me till this day his still getting back to me .I got a call from another lady from the scheme she told me they are investigating the matter and she would send me an update .She got back to me with the same message as the other lady that they have no records of me on the system ,asked how when close to R900 was being deducted from my salary monthly she told me she doesn't know I should ask the owner of the store.I then sent an email to the CEO of Sorbet she said she would investigate and get back to me and still nothing .Sent her another email with the franchise partner threatening me on WhatsApp and nothing was said .She gets back to me today with a tone that the franchise partner and her team have been communicating with me ,I don't know where they have been communicating with me but all I want is to warn the ladies and gents working for Sorbet to call the pension fund scheme to check if they registered or else they will find themselves at the same position as me .I want my money from Sorbet Elridge I worked for that money .
