I am very very disappointed by the service I received at Sorbet Hurlingham. They ****med me

On Tuesday, I booked an appointment for half set eyelash extensions for R485. Salome (Sally) was my lash tech and she proceeded to help me with the application. However, when the time to pay came, she charged me R800 and said she had given me a full set of lashes. I had specifically booked for a half set because that was my budget and the lashes she installed on me looked like a half set yet I was charged R800. To top it off, they were already falling off on my way home

I am highly disappointed in this service from Sorbet. I am a regular customer and not once did I ever think that I’d be ****med by one of your employees. I am considering taking my business elsewhere as this has left a very bad taste in my mouth
