Sorbet Hair Bar Money down the drain

Sorbet Hair Bar especially has gone for the sublime to the ridiculous in 0-60seconds flat!After closing their enormously successful Tygervalley branch,I drove from Durbanville to Table Bay Mall to their hair bar and my hair was worse than when I got there!Gave them the benefit of the doubt(I know,hope springs eternal)and gave them a second chance ON Amy daughter’s matric dance day!My youngest and I had our hair “done”,left and **** our hair were back to being helmets this I SPECIFICALLY requested a stylist experienced in ethnic hair.My matric daughter had her makeup done at Sorbet as well,NONE of make used were sanitised or even came out of a sealed package (the lipstick!!!).I left to buy my daughter a drink and came back finding she had a unibrow?????I had to wash ALL that **** off at home,my daughter in tears and oh,that money back guarantee that get when you’re unhappy,just as they claim to have experienced stylists,that too turns out to be an untruth!Asked for the original stylists based in Tygervalley .It’s been 2 months and she’s yet to get back to me! 👏👏👏 Thandokazi Sorbet Support Office [LINKSHIELD PROTECTED] www.sorbet.co.za
