Sorbet Group Mall of the South

Hi, my name is Precious. I went to Sorbet on the 23rd December 2023. I wanted to try it out because it looked fancy and top class, to my disappointment. This was my first time and I can conclude that the township nail stores do a better job at accommodating and servicing their clients. The was a lady by the name of Mule, she was so rude, kept standing by my shoulder 99% of the time while I was doing my nails, and I only spent less than 15mins so you can imagine. She kept speaking to my nail tech there, telling her to spend less time with me because they were expecting more clients, but I was their client too? The nail tech wasn’t paying attention at all to what she was doing, she kept applying products without looking were she was applying I even brought her to the attention of my hand where she was applying the product instead of applying on my nails, she kept looking towards the door or the reception area. No interest shown. Thank goodness I only paid R330, if it was more than this, I would have cried because the service was that bad
