Sorbet group are absolutely not worth it as a career or anything else

This must be the worst Company Group ever to work for. They have a staff turn over that is over the moon. 95% of the franchise's, have not got a clue about how to treat their staff and even less their clients. Their prices are ridiculously high and their products are extremely expensive. When they let staff go, the franchisee, NEVER EVER, gives a proper explanation for letting them go. The excuses are something else. Head office has no idea what they want, they don't do background checks about possible franchisees to see what they know about the beauty sector. If you call head office to lodge a complaint about a store or employee, or franchisee, you go from pillar to post. When ex employees try get copies of signed contracts, no one knows anything or can't find it. Staff get fired for as little as R20 with no proof. Sorbet is not the best way to start anything as far as nail technology or haircuts or anything else.
