Sorbet glengarry

I went to sorbet Glengarry in cape town to do a pedicure. I came back the following day because my fingers were so painful I could barely touch anything. The service I received from Lesley in the front desk was less then satisfactory. She was rude and condescending and not all as well mannerd as previousl sorbet stores ive been to. She was unprofessional and testy. I came in to have the nails fixed and she verbally attacked me infront of cleints and accused me of not lying about how tender or sore they were. She said from her view she doesn't think they are painful and theres nothing she can do if I do a new set I have to pay for them. I checked her on her attitude and tone and she laughed! I asked how she knows i wasnt going to pay for them? Again she laughed. I asked if all this shes saying, she couldnt raise over the phone becauae i didnt come all the way to be ridiculed! She raised her voice and insisted i misheard on the phone! The nerve to tell me its not painful or resting on a cuticle! brought in another nail tech to "look" and both of them ridiculed me. She went to the desk to punch in wjat i will have done and said il pay and signalled for the lady to "take " me. Ive never been so upset ot experienced such ****py service! If that's not her mother's it Relations shop, she should be disciplined. Unless it's custom for her to ill treat certain guest and smile at others. HORRIBLE SERVICE
