Sorbet Glenfair - Pain, disgusting service from staff & management

I received vouchers as a gift and booked for a power mani & pedi with parafin soak and gelish overlay. and nail art at Sorbet, Glenfair on 2017-02-08 at 16h00. On arrival, i was requested to sit in the front of the shop in full view of everyone walking in the centre, with my legs up on the lady's lap for my pedi and my upper body twisted around with my hands on the desk for my mani. Besides being extremely uncomfortable, I was wearing a skirt so was rather exposed! When i requested being moved to the back to the recliners which are more private and where the pedi's are usually done, i was told that it would be uncomfortable for the nail technician, never mind my comfort. They only moved me once i had insisted. From there, it went downhill. They did not have the colour i requested, then when it cam time to do the nail art, the colour they recommended as a contrast could not be used. The lady doing my nails had to call the nail technician to do the nail art as she was not qualified. The nail technician queried why this colour was chosen, if i had known it would not be able to be seen, i would have chosen another colour completely. After asking the lady why she recommended the nail art colour, she said she didn't know it would not contrast and argued with me in front of the other customers, she couldn't seem to understand that i would've gone for a completely different colour then. Eventually, the manageress came and i explained the situation to her and asked her how they were going to rectifiy it, only to be told she didn't have a solution! I then decided to forgo the nail art, just to get out of there! The filing for my pedi was painful and when i got home, i noticed my toes had been sc****d raw and the big toe was weeping which has caused considerable pain since then and still has a scab on it. My one finger was also cut. I contacted Taz at head office and sent a written complaint and photo's, she apologised for the bad service and sent an email saying that she had contacted the store owner and they would be in contact with me. To date, i have not received any calls or correspondence from them. This was my first and last time visiting them! They also have signs up saying if you are not satisfied with their service, you do not need to pay. I regret making payment, thinking i would take this up with head office and resolve it in an amicable manner as it was clear the staff were not capable! WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED, ESPECIALLY IN THE BEAUTY INDUSTRY WHERE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO FEEL PAMPERED!
