Sorbet Glen Village needs to up their game with their service ...

The first time I went to Sorbet Goen Village , I got excellent service, second time... nail technician was not hygenically set to work with clients, and her work was not very neat... I complained, they called me after a week or more to come in and get a new set done for free... well that was nice.. I was happy with the work that a different nail technician did...

Yesterday I made another appointment, changed colour.. and I come home and the nails look horrible... Well I dont want a free voucher again, Its my time you are taking to fix my nails again and again... its my fuel.. and my energy to sit there again for something I paid for without a hassle...

Sorbet Glen Village needs to either up their game, it cannot be that I will go back again for a new set, whether its on the house , it foesnt work like that. Do something, train your nail technicians.. up your game..
