Sorbet Gateway mall- pathetic service

I am very disappointed and digusted with the service I've received from SORBET GATEWAY MALL! On the 9/9/2020 I visited the sorbet store in gateway mall for a nail appointment and I specifically asked for acrylic but the lady helping me insisted I do a gel dip, after only 3days my nails started to fall off! I had spent +R900 for this pathetic service and when I went in to complain, I was told that I would need to pay an ADDITIONAL R200 in order for this to be rectified! I walked out of the store very upset and I did tell them I would be laying a complaint and up till now no one has contacted me to apologize as this was no fault of mine and all on their bad quality products and poor service.
