Sorbet Gardens GROUND floor - disgusting and unprofessional!

I am SO disappointed with the service I have just received at Sorbet GARDENS GROUND floor!!!!!!!! I even stressed my dissatisfaction as Sorbet are SUPPOSED to have a policy whereby if you are not happy you don't pay (as per their wall). Spoke to Joyce at the Reception desk and her response was "oh sorry about that". NO cuticle oil / NO pushing back of the skin on the nails / NO cutting of the skin growing next to the nails, toes SMUDGED 3 times!!!!!!!!! Disgusting consultant who huffed and puffed the entire way through! JUST SIMPLY AWFUL!!!!! I even have paint on my SKIN!
