Sorbet Galleria worst salon

If I could give a ZERO rating I would have. I had the worst possible service from Sorbet Galleria. First time I went there, the gel's colour "faded" from dark pink to a beige colour after 10 days. Their excuse was that the product was "off". I had to pay to have it redone. Second time the gel developed air bubbles. Because I did not come back to them before 7 days, they say it is not their problem. I send them photographs of the bubbles but they were not interested, they did not even respond to my emails. Worst service worst products and worthless owners and manager you will never see me again.
