Sorbet Elridge Mall, after having visited the store for Pedicures and nail treatments. Went back the following day because the product had peeled off my toenails. I explained that I wanted a refund as I did not have time to have the problem rectified. The owner was exceptionally rude and insisted I wait so that they could reapply the product. I requested a partial refund and explained why I could not wait. She discussed me in front of her staff and clients telling me that I should get out of her shop and please never come back again.
