SORBET EAST RAND MALL MUST FALL

Sorbet East Rand Mall is shameful and disappointing. Had a voucher from a friend. Decided to buy products. Visited the shop and explained at reception that i haven't used the products before but thought it was wise to buy either eye products or maybe nail products. The lady there at reception clearly said to me u can't afford eye products and we don't keep them in the shop. I then said maybe i could get facial wash and cream or body wash. She then pointed at the shelves and ask me to see what i i could get. Another junior type of assistant was then sent to me and i asked her if the cleansing oil and another wash how they work and she said she didn't know. NO PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AT ALL. But i walked in the shop and they were sitting in there, nicely dressed in their uniforms and not knowing what they sell in the shop.

Eventually i took the Cleansing Oil and Cream but only go home to realize that the oil leaves your face with oil kkkk and i don't like it. I then called their shop 2 days later to find out if i could take it back and they said they would call the Head Office and i guess up to now they are still trying to call their head office.
