Sorbet Dunked- Pathetic & Disgusting

I am so disappointed in Sorbet Dunkeld. I have natural long nails, `I only asked her to cut/file my nails a bit shorter and I had booked for a biogel gellish refill. I booked for my nails and feet. The lady who was helping me damaged my bed nail by filing to where I almost bled, I ended up telling her that I have never felt so much pain. When she was cutting my nails, she cut them to me flesh and when it came to the left thumb she almost cut off my thumb with her nail clipper that it when I screamed in pain telling her that's my thumb and not my nail. I cancelled all treatment and I sat there in pain. As I was paying I wasn't asked how my treatment went or why I had cancelled the treatment they were just interested in their R150. This is a very disappointing experience especially as it concerns pain and no empathy. I am appalled.
