Sorbet Dry Bar sent out this message to their clients: Get HAPPY Hair - 20% off Blowouts every Mon-Wed from 12-23 Oct '20 at all Sorbet DRYBARS. See MENU at https://bit.ly/36IPbMS. Ts&Cs apply SMS STOP to opt out. NO WHERE does it state that the discount only applies if you have your hair done before 12pm.Imagine my surprise when I had to pay the normal price AFTER my hair was done instead of the discounted price.And I had to pay for me and my daughter.I would’ve opted to have it done on a Sunday as I normally do,had I known that the discount didn’t apply to me as my appointment was for after 12pm.There is NO way to access the T’s&C’s UNLESS you are informed of it-even telephonically when I made the bookings.FALSE advertising,making me rethink every good thought I ever had of Sorbet Dry Bar as a VERY loyal Silver level client!NEVER again will I make use of ANY ‘special offer’ advertised by Sorbet Dry Bar.Highly disappointed!!!
