Sorbet doesnt know what a hair curler does......

So I received a gift card for my birthday. I desperately wanted a curling wand from Sorbet and decided to call to ask if I can buy it at the Sorbet Drybar. I called, the lady told me I could use the giftcard and I said I would be there to get the curler. I arrived, and no one knew what a curler was..... I eventually had to show the women a picture so she could get on the same page as what I was talking about. She took my number and said she would call me on Monday as she had to order in stock, its now Tuesday and no phone call. As I am leaving Sorbet Douglasdale Village another women phones me and asks me if there was a problem with my hair colour, I told her I dont know what you are talking about I wanted a hair curler. Then she proceeds to ask "so if you put it in your hair it makes curls?" My good lord iv never laughed so hard in my life..........!

Please sort out your staff, its actually so embarrassing I even had to have a conversation explaining to a women who works at Sorbet what a curler does and then she asks me to describe what the curler looks like. Really????

This gift card is totally useless to me! Can I not change it to a clicks voucher???? I want a freaking curler and iv never had to work this hard to get one.
