Sorbet does it wrong once again!!!

Today at 11.21 AM I purchased a gift voucher online. Right now it's 2.20 and I am on hold with my 7th phone call trying to get the voucher right that Sorbet offers online. My money was taken from this supposed online service and the voucher was done manually and it was done twice and both times done incorrectly. Now I can't get through to someone who deals with this. I am a regular client of Sorbet Man and after this shocking service I have to seriously reconsider this. How can you offer products online that you can't deliver. How do you have a website that doesn't work properly. This service is absolutely shocking!!!
