Sorbet Disaster

Instead of having a relaxed pedicure the staff of this establishment made it so unpleasant. Most of them sitting in the kitchen and shouting not talking to one another laughing at the top of their voices etc. They have no idea what customer service is and how to behave in a professional manner. Management has a lot of work to do to ensure the franchise name is adhered to.
