Sorbet Dainfern - R195 for assistance??

I am highly upset with the Sorbet Dainfern branch with how they treat their customers. On saturday 21 April 2018, my mom went to Sorbet drybar for her hair. My mom is currently in an arm cast and cannot do her hair or makeup. She went to Sorbet for her hair and asked nicely if the one lady could possibly help her with her mascara. JUST here mascara application, my mom asked the lady to use my mom's mascara and the employee proceeded to use the Sorbet branded mascara AFTER my mom asking her to use the one she had in her own makeup bag. My mom then went to pay for her hair and was told that her eyes cost R195. The lady at the front desk proceeded to charge my mom R195 after hearing that my mom has just wanted assistance with her OWN PRODUCT. R195 for makeup application, understandable. R195 for mascara application is absolutely ridiculous and then the best part is the lady started speaking to the other lady in her own language and laughed in front of my mom. Sorbet Dainfern, do you really need to ask yourself why you have such a bad name in the community.
