Sorbet Cresta

I have been to this store pretty often but unfortunately will no longer return. The technicians generally give you the silent "technician stare" when you walk in and may break a smile if you are smiling. On 26 Jan at about 17h00 my daughter had her nails done at Sorbet Cresta, Sonto. Her cuticles/nails were "clipped" to pieces, the sides of her fingers filed with no regard for skin and the acrylic put on so tight that she had to try to remove the nails straight away due to pain. The acrylic was also app**** super thick and not finished off neatly. My recommendations are TRAIN TRAIN AND TRAIN the staff. The receptionist Sindile handled the matter with compassion but had no authority to sort this out and she had to refer the matter to Cindy who is the customer service liason. Cindy failed to send any compensation or letter and/or to resolve this matter. The system and procedure for customer complaints leaves a lot to be desired and we will simply vote with our wallets and not be back.
