SORBET CAVENDISH SQUARE BAD ATTITUDE & POOR SERVIC

5 of us had an appointment for a mani and pedi, upon arrival the welcome vibe was a killer - the receptionist broke her neck to check the clock - she made it so obvious and with that came BAD ATTITUDE - \ USE ARE LATE WE CAN ONLY DO THE MANI\" no alternative as in come back later or another day etc... Her attitude is pathetic - right there and then our vibe was killed. We were then assisted by staff to do the mani's - i was assisted nearly last and was done long before the other 4. My nails was still dirty underneath, my cuticles was not pushed back. was not offered water or coffee as others were offered. I removed the coating and cut my nails as soon as i got home - DISAPPOINTING!!!! I then physically went to another nail bar where my friend was doing her nails and asked that lady if she could give me something to clean out my nails - i stood there and did it myself. whilst the lady who did my nails stand at reception. Our ladies get together was then and there just spoilt all we could speak about thereafter was our dissapointment in SORBET. I am sure i could have done a better job myself. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE AGAIN NOR REFER ANYONE!!!! "
