Sorbet Cavendish gelish doesn't last and they couldn't care

I had gelish nails done at Sorbet Cavendish on 3rd February 2022. When I phoned the store on 17th February 2022 to say most of my nails have already chipped and the gel is coming off, the lady told me their policy is that gelish only lasts for 2 weeks!! For the price we pay? At Sorbet Woodlands I had a similar experience where I went back after 13 days and my gelish was coming off. Sorbet Woodlands was only too happy to help me and do another set. I cannot believe Sorbet Cavendish, what a huge disappointment, this treatment was a special spoil for myself that I had waited for and now within 2 weeks it is ruined.
