Sorbet Cascades - no professionalism - Gelish Nails

<p> </p> <p>· During the initial soak off I advised the technician that my fingers were burning, she told me to wait. I again reminded her as the burning was becoming unbearable and only then did she slowly take her time to remove the soak.</p> <p> </p> <p>· Upon my return for the redo (one nail had chipped and two glitter nails were lifting on the sides and the gel was UNDER my nails, and one other nail was extended onto the side of my finger), she removed the gel from the problem nails and shaped these specific nails differently to all the other nails (my preference), which I had to correct myself. The glitter that was redone is still over the sides of my nails.</p> <p> </p> <p>· She did not wipe all my nails (covered in old gel leftovers) before applying the cuticle oil, and after the cuticle oil was app**** I was advised to wash my hands. So the cuticle oil was pointless.</p> <p> </p> <p>· She was also asked to do a French manicure on my two ring fingers upon my initial visit and this was not done.</p> <p> </p> <p>· She also did my glitter so thick that it was bumpy and I had to ask her to buff it, I do not think that I should have to advise a professional on how to apply the products that they are selling or advise them when things are not done neatly and correctly.</p> <p> </p> <p>· the utter lack of professionalism and inconvenience I experienced during my last two visits to your branch, I should not have had to come back in the first place.</p> <p> </p> <p>All i got overed was a free soak off and never had a call back from the owner like she said she would do.</p> <p>This is not goiung to cut it for me, iif I am paying money I require a PROFESSIONAL who is meticulous and professional and embodies the word professional, which I ahev definately not experienced from Sorbet!</p> <p> </p> <p>Not a happy client</p>
