Sorbet cannot do blond hair!!

I went to sorbet greenstone to do my hair, I had to go back the next day for them to fix the mess of colour! I spent 4 hours there the first day and 2 the second day. They put so many different toners and highlights in my hair that my hair has broken! It’s thin and brittle and looks terrible! I complained to sorbet head office and the actual manager of the salon and to date they have not even offered a treatment to fix my hair or products to fix it. Disgusting. They even had the cheek to call me and ask why I didn’t pay! Imagine!!
