Sorbet Canal Walk Disaster
I was very excited to have lash tints done at Sorbet Canal Walk. I told them it's my first time. I have NEVER had my lashes tinted before. I repeated this at least 3 times. Anyhow, the lady takes me to a treatment room (really think you should consider cleaning up a little), tells me to get on the bed and starts the process. She takes off my mascara, applies awefully sweet smelling petrolium jelly, tells me to keep my eyes closed and proceeds to apply the product. Up until then she has not explained anything about the process or what to expect. Remember this is my first time... The moment the product touches my eyelids it starts to sting a little. I'm thinking this is probably just the tint and it will be fine. Seconds pass and it starts to full on BURN. I ask the lady if that's normal and she says no. She proceeds to remove the product but the burn is still getting worse. This lady had no idea what to do or how to assist. I basically storm out of there and run to another store to ask for assistance. Apparently patch tests are a thing for first time customers...
Long story short, rather go to a professional for lash tints.
