Sorbet Canal Walk- AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Horrible service, my fiance went in for a hot stone massage and got seriously burnt by the bed and oils..... we sent emails, called and have tons of medical expenses from this..............................Sorbet you are utterly useless- all they have offered is more services.....why would we go back???? We want a real apology not a "Oh we tested the bed and it was fine, must be you"....... really - we have three very clear burn marks clearly from a massage......we have spent hundreds on burn kits ect...... waiting weeks for a reply
