Sorbet burnt my wig

I took my ear to ear frontal to sorbet drybar in Mall of the South. I picked up later only to find it burnt by the lady who was washing it. She burnt my frontal on left hand side then denied it. Her name is Norma and the lady at the reception tried to shift the blame on me. When asked to speak to the manager the receptionist told rudely there is no manager you could see she was happy that there was no I could cried to. Both ladies didnt apologize to me and I had to demand a refund I'm beyond ****wd cause now I have a half burnt wig and its ****** expensive to replace a frontal
