Sorbet Brooklyn - Terrible, terrible customer support

Sorbet Brooklyn:

A voucher was purchased by my friend for my birthday: Voucher number: 2 ********** 0984 (Purchased on 25/07/2018)

My friend gave it to me on the 25th of August. I lost it that night (I thought), but found it the next day in my friend's presents. In the meantime, my friend who bought the voucher, stopped by Brooklyn and asked them to cancel the voucher. They said they have to call Head Office. Upon returning an hour or so later, she said, no my friend found it, don't cancel it.

So whomever proceeds to cancel it. I try to use it and get told (after 7 days of running after Sorbet Brooklyn and head office) that it was used by THE FRIEND WHO BOUGHT IT on the 27th of August (when I assume Head Office cancelled it). My friend has gone there TWICE to resolve this, without success.

I would like my friend to be refunded in FULL. I will never support Sorbet Brooklyn again.
