Sorbet Boskruin Village - (Unprofessional Receptionist!)

The Receptionist (Portia) at Sorbet Boskruin Village gave me the worst experience ever! I came in for just a soak off, when there was a free nail technician that didn't have a client. I was told that the nail tech is tired and wants to knock off early...to my face. A mere soak off that takes only 15 minutes. I was further told, after showing Portia (Receptionist) my two broken nails that "its just nails". She told me to go elsewhere and that "its fine" even if they were to lose me as a client. I sent a complaint to *** a week ago. I am still waiting for a response from the manager at the Boskruin branch. Disappointed for days!
