Sorbet - Blue Route Mall Rocks!!!!!

What an amazing experience, Sorbet in blue Rout Mall not only made up for a manicure that was not up to standard, they took the time to follow up and make sure I was happy. While busy with my treatment, I got into a conversation with my beauty the****** and she listened intently and asked me various questions. I felt relaxed, pampered and made to feel human again. On leaving I was presented with a huge bunch of flowers and other gifts....but here's the point...they were genuine, you could feel it....there are very few companies that get this right! Well done all, especially my the******...you are GOLD!!
