Sorbet at Waterfall Mall (Rustenburg) is extremely unprofessional!

I walked in on Thursday this week to set up an appointment for Saturday morning (24/02/24). This was for two nail repairs with tips. On Saturday morning I confirmed that I would be keeping my appointment however upon arrival I was told that I am booked for a gel overlay. Despite me explaining that I had not booked the gel overlay, Sorbet made no attempt to rectify the matter. Instead, I was told that they only have time for a gel overlay and that is all they will help me with today should I continue with the appointment.

What is the point of booking an appointment in person if you are not going to get the service you booked because someone different is working the front desk? Clearly if we continue to use this branch, one must be sure to have a back-up appointment. Utterly disappointing and unprofessional service!
