Sorbet
I went to Sorbet The Grove branch, and was very unhappy about the service. There went so many thing wrong, it's just to much to mention here. I sent a complaint to Sorbet head office, but only received a mail saying they are sorry and a representative of the store will phone me. No phone call as yet, 2 weeks later! I will NEVER visit Sorbet The Grove in Pretoria again! Very unhappy.
