Sorbet

I made an online booking at sorbet carlswald the price on the website for a blow dry and flat iron reflected as R130. After my visit I was informed I need to pay R235. When I highlighted that when I made the booking it was R130 on the website the receptionist told me it was only selected stores. I informed her that doesn’t make sense as I booked under carlswald and the price was R130. She was extremely dismissive and told me I need to pay R235. When the salon owner arrived I discussed my predicament and told her I’m disappointed, she then told me the price is R130 if I include a wash with them, I then explained that according to the booking I made its 130 for blow and flat iron only. She then stated the sorbet group made a mistake with the price and there’s nowhere in midrand that I’ll pay R130 for a blow dry. There was never any sincere apology I was just told the website is wrong and I should deal with it.
