Sorbert "stinks"

I wish I could give ZERO stars! Specifically the Glen Village Branch, Pretoria East. Problems over time: - they didn't diarize my booking, even though I had phoned up front - they ruined my nails - Gellish - after removing it , it took 3 months for my nails to recover - once did an eyebrow tint there - faded after a week - system off so could not use my Voucher - Franchise Owner argued with me and basically after a long altercation, refused me service at her branch! - If kind friends had not given me vouchers, I would NEVER use them.
